Summary
This study aimed to find out which drink—semi-skimmed milk, milk permeate, or plain water—is best at keeping children hydrated during the school day. Researchers measured how well 13 healthy children, aged 9-11, retained each fluid and tested if the drinks affected their thinking, mood, or appetite. The goal was to gather knowledge to help inform better beverage choices for kids at school.
