Race to find best drug when pregnancy waters break too soon

Summary

This study aims to find which of two common antibiotics works better to help a pregnancy continue safely when a person's water breaks too early (before 34 weeks). Pregnant participants will receive standard care plus either azithromycin or erythromycin to see which helps the pregnancy last longer. The goal is to provide clearer guidance for future patients facing this complication.
