Summary
This study tests whether a daily supplement made from bergamot, artichoke, and other natural ingredients can lower LDL (bad) cholesterol in people with mild to moderate high cholesterol. About 207 adults will take either one or two capsules daily for four months, or just follow healthy lifestyle advice. The goal is to see if the supplement improves cholesterol levels safely.
