Summary

This study is testing whether a daily supplement made from bergamot, artichoke, and other natural ingredients can lower LDL (bad) cholesterol in people with mild to moderate high cholesterol. 207 participants will take either one or two capsules daily for four months, or just follow healthy lifestyle advice.
