Summary
This study aims to find the best dose of a dietary supplement called Berbevis to help control high fasting blood sugar. It will involve 90 adults with slightly elevated blood sugar and a higher body weight. Participants will take one of three different doses for two months to see which one best improves blood sugar, cholesterol, and other health markers.
