Summary
This study is testing whether a functional food called Benemix helps relieve constipation in adults. Researchers will enroll 80 adults with constipation who will take Benemix daily for 15 days. They will track bowel movement frequency, stool consistency, and any side effects to see if the product is helpful and safe.
