Which chemo is safer before CAR-T? new trial aims to find out

Summary
This study compares two standard chemotherapy regimens (bendamustine vs. fludarabine/cyclophosphamide) given before CAR-T cell therapy in 92 people with B-cell lymphoma. The goal is to see which regimen causes fewer severe side effects like cytokine release syndrome, febrile neutropenia, and neurotoxicity within the first month after CAR-T infusion. Participants will be monitored closely, and the best lymphoma response will be checked at 3 months.
