Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called BEN301 for people with autoimmune diseases like scleroderma, lupus, and others. The therapy uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-Tregs) to calm the overactive immune system. The main goals are to check safety and see if it helps control the disease. About 24 adults will take part.
