Summary
This study compared two blood-thinning drugs, Bemiparin and Enoxaparin, to prevent dangerous blood clots in women after childbirth. Over 7,000 women at risk for clots received one of the two drugs after vaginal or cesarean delivery. The goal was to see which drug worked better and had fewer side effects like bruising or bleeding.
