Summary

This study tested two different drug combinations as a first treatment for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, a fast-growing cancer that has spread. One group received a standard chemo plus bemarituzumab followed by bemarituzumab with anlotinib; the other got chemo plus tislelizumab followed by tislelizumab alone. The trial was stopped early, but researchers aimed to see which approach helped people live longer without the cancer getting worse.
