Summary

This study compares two different physical therapy approaches to help people with Bell's palsy regain facial movement and function. Thirty-eight adults with one-sided facial paralysis will receive either specialized movement training or therapeutic taping, along with standard therapy, for eight weeks. Researchers will measure improvements in facial symmetry and daily function to see which approach works better.
