New drug combo shows promise for rare bone cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining belinostat with either guadecitabine or ASTX727 can help people with a rare bone cancer called conventional chondrosarcoma that cannot be surgically removed and has spread. The goal is to shrink or stabilize the tumors. The study enrolled 19 adults and is no longer recruiting new participants.
