Summary
This study aims to see if adjusting the dose of the cancer drug belinostat based on a person's genes can make treatment safer and more effective for people with high-grade neuroendocrine carcinomas. Participants will receive belinostat along with two other chemotherapy drugs, and their genetic makeup will determine the dose. The study involves 60 adults and will monitor drug levels, side effects, and tumor response over several treatment cycles.
