Simple lifestyle changes could rival specialized therapy for bladder control
NCT ID NCT07259148
Summary
This study aims to see if simple behavioral changes are as helpful as specialized pelvic floor exercises when both are used alongside standard medication for urgency urinary incontinence. It will involve 80 women in Nicaragua over 8 weeks. The goal is to find a more accessible and lower-cost treatment option for settings where specialized therapy is hard to get.
