Nightmare relief without pills: new study tests video therapy for REM sleep disorder

Summary

This study tests a behavioral (non-medication) treatment to reduce nightmares in adults with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD). Twenty people with RBD and their family members will join video sessions to learn techniques. The goal is to see if this approach can lower nightmare frequency and severity.
