Summary
This study is testing whether a non-medication, video-based therapy can reduce nightmares in adults with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD). Participants with RBD and a family member they live with will attend therapy sessions together via video conference. The goal is to see if this behavioral approach helps decrease nightmare frequency and severity.
