Summary
This study aimed to see if a patient's body language and behavior during a pre-surgery interview could reveal their anxiety levels. Researchers planned to video record these interviews with adults having day surgery and look for patterns. The goal was to find a more objective way to spot anxiety than relying on questionnaires alone.
