NCT ID NCT07614737

First seen May 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized coaching program can help people with gum disease follow their dentist's advice better. 78 adults with early-to-moderate gum disease and low confidence in their oral hygiene will be split into two groups. Both get standard gum treatment, but one group also gets extra coaching to build their confidence and motivation. The goal is to see if this coaching leads to cleaner teeth, healthier gums, and better attendance at follow-up visits.
