Summary

This study looks at whether a program called SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment) can help adult education students manage behavioral health challenges like depression, anxiety, and substance use. About 340 students and staff from New Haven Adult Education will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for improving both mental health and academic success.
