Summary
This study aims to understand why children with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) develop challenging behaviors like self-injury and aggression, and to test a personalized treatment plan. Researchers will work with 20 children and their families, providing intensive assessment and parent training over several clinic visits. The goal is to reduce these difficult behaviors by 80% and identify early warning signs to help other families in the future.
