Summary
This Phase 3 trial tested two chemotherapy combinations—BEGEV and GDP—in 88 adults with relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Patients received either regimen in 21-day cycles, and their response was checked with a PET scan after three cycles. Those who achieved at least a partial response went on to high-dose chemo and stem cell rescue. The study aimed to see which regimen had a better overall response rate and longer disease control.
