First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compares two types of stents used to repair bulges in the main artery (aortic aneurysms). About 126 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the BeFlared or the VBX stent during a minimally invasive procedure. The goal is to see which device takes less time to place and which one causes fewer complications in the first 5 years after surgery.
