Summary

This study tests whether a device that shines blue, red, and infrared light on the face can improve skin health. One hundred adults in the US will use the light at home twice a week for 20 minutes per session. Participants will track changes in skin clarity, breakouts, redness, and signs of aging through weekly surveys.
