Summary
This study tests whether Beem's blue light therapy device can improve skin health and reduce signs of aging. One hundred adults will use the device twice a week for 20-minute sessions combining blue, red, and infrared light. Participants will track changes in skin clarity, breakouts, redness, and overall quality of life through weekly surveys.
