Summary
This study aims to find out if eating more beef leads to better thinking skills, memory, and brain health in young adults. Researchers will compare two groups over 12 weeks: one eating 25 ounces of beef per week and another eating 5 ounces per week. Participants will complete cognitive tests, brain scans, and surveys to measure any changes.
