New hope for hard-to-treat nose cancer: drug combo plus radiation

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back and cannot be removed with surgery. Participants will receive two cycles of a targeted drug (becotatug vedotin) plus an immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor), followed by radiation and continued immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach shrinks tumors and keeps them under control. About 28 adults aged 18-70 with good performance status are eligible.
