New hope for head and neck cancer patients who can't handle chemo

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (becotatug vedotin and pucotenlimab) as a first treatment for advanced head and neck cancer in people who cannot take platinum-based chemotherapy. About 30 adults with cancer that has spread or come back after local treatment will receive the drug combo. The goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear.
