Summary
This study looks at whether community health workers can deliver a combined program to help people with both common mental health problems (like anxiety and depression) and chronic diseases (like high blood pressure or diabetes). The program includes stress reduction, behavioral activation for depression, and motivational interviewing to encourage healthy habits. Researchers will track 700 adults in Nepal over 12 months to see if the program improves mental health and physical health measures.
