Summary

This study aims to understand how non-vegetarian Americans include beans, peas, and lentils (called pulses) when building meals. Researchers will observe the food choices of 76 healthy adults who cook at least three times a week. The goal is to learn which foods are chosen first and how often pulses are selected, helping to promote healthier eating habits.
