Summary
This study looked at how a brain protein called BDNF changes throughout the day and whether those changes affect thinking skills like memory and attention. Researchers also tested if a single session of exercise could raise BDNF levels and improve cognitive performance. Fifteen healthy adults aged 18-40 took part, providing blood samples and completing thinking tasks before and after exercise.
