Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called BDC-4182 for people with advanced stomach or esophageal cancer that has spread or can't be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see how well the body handles the drug. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink tumors in patients who have already tried standard treatments.
