Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called BBT002 in healthy volunteers and people with chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma. The main goal is to check safety and how the body handles the drug. Up to 64 participants will receive either BBT002 or a placebo to see if it helps control symptoms.
