New eczema drug enters first human safety tests

Summary
This is an early-stage study to check the safety and basic effects of a new drug called BBT001. It will first test single doses in healthy volunteers, then test repeated doses in adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). The main goal is to see how well people tolerate the drug and how it behaves in the body.
