Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new, one-time gene therapy called BBM-D101 for boys with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and well-tolerated. Researchers will also check if it helps improve muscle strength and function over a year, with follow-up for up to five years.
