Summary
This study is testing if adding a drug called batroxobin to standard blood thinners helps clear dangerous clots in the brain's veins more quickly. It will involve 72 adults who recently developed this condition. Researchers will compare recovery and clot clearance between those getting the new combination and those getting standard treatment alone.
