Summary

This study is testing whether weekly injections of an experimental drug called batoclimab can help adults with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), a chronic autoimmune disease that causes severe muscle weakness. Researchers are comparing two different doses of the drug against a placebo in about 240 participants to see if it improves their ability to perform daily activities. The main goal is to see if the drug safely reduces gMG symptoms and whether its benefits can be maintained over the long term.
