Summary
This early-stage study tested a new experimental drug called BAT8006 in 216 patients with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal was to determine if the drug was safe and to find the highest dose patients could tolerate without severe side effects. Researchers also measured how the drug moved through patients' bodies to help plan future studies.
