Can special sprint drills make young basketball stars jump higher and move faster?
NCT ID NCT07477379
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special 6-week sprint training program to regular practice could help young basketball players jump higher and become more agile. Researchers split 20 male players into two groups: one did the extra sprint drills, and the other stuck to their normal training. They measured everyone's jumping height and agility before and after to see if the extra drills made a difference.
