Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called barzolvolimab for adults whose skin breaks out in itchy hives from cold temperatures or light scratching, even while taking standard allergy medications. About 240 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo injection to see if it can prevent these skin reactions and reduce itching over 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this new treatment can better control these chronic skin conditions.
