Summary
This study aims to understand why emergency department staff might not use computer systems designed to help with medical decisions. Researchers will interview 12 different types of clinicians at one hospital to learn about their experiences and challenges. The goal is to identify common barriers like technical issues, trust concerns, or workflow problems that prevent these tools from being used effectively.
