Summary
This trial tests whether adding the Tupler Technique — a method using abdominal splinting and targeted exercises — to barre-based core training can better reduce abdominal separation (diastasis recti) in postpartum women. Fifty-eight women with mild-to-moderate separation will be randomly assigned to barre training alone or barre plus the Tupler Technique for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in core strength, pelvic floor function, and the gap between abdominal muscles.
