Can a vibrating platform help kids with CP walk and balance better?
NCT ID NCT06596525
Summary
This study tested if adding whole body vibration training to standard physical therapy helps children with cerebral palsy. Researchers compared standing on a vibrating platform while barefoot, wearing shoes, or not using vibration at all. They measured changes in balance, walking endurance, leg strength, and foot pressure patterns to see if this easy, safe method could improve movement and function.
