NCT ID NCT07402408
First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study compares two blood flow restriction training methods—band tissue flossing and traditional cuff—to see which better reduces pain, improves movement, and strengthens muscles in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 46 adults aged 40-60 with mild to moderate knee OA will take part. Both groups will do knee exercises with either a floss band or a pneumatic cuff on the thigh, and results will be checked over 4 weeks.
