New brain artery device aims to stop strokes before they happen

Summary
This study is testing a new medical tool called a balloon microcatheter to see if it can safely and effectively open up severely narrowed arteries in the brain. The goal is to improve blood flow and prevent future strokes. The trial will enroll 56 adults with this condition and track their health during their hospital stay to see how well the device works and if it causes any problems.
