Summary
This study tests a new balloon-assisted method against the standard water-injection technique for creating a bypass around a stomach blockage (gastric outlet obstruction). The goal is to relieve symptoms like nausea and vomiting in patients who cannot have surgery. About 272 adults will take part to see which approach is quicker and safer.
