Summary
This study tested whether a special type of group discussion, called a Balint group, could help nurses feel less burned out and improve how they talk with patients. Thirty nurses took part, with half attending six weekly online sessions and the other half continuing their usual work. The results showed that the group sessions may help nurses manage stress and build stronger communication skills.
