Can a High-Tech balance machine help teens with scoliosis stand taller?
NCT ID NCT07430098
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special machine-guided balance training program to standard scoliosis exercises can improve stability and posture in teenagers with mild spinal curves. Researchers will compare two groups of 60 teens over 4 weeks to see if the extra training helps with balance, reduces body asymmetry, and improves quality of life. The goal is to find better exercise combinations to help manage scoliosis symptoms.
