NCT ID NCT07404371

First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether balance exercises that challenge the senses (like closing eyes or standing on uneven surfaces) can improve stability and reduce falls in people who had a stroke over 6 months ago. 46 participants will be split into two groups: one doing these special exercises and one doing standard balance training, both for 8 weeks. The goal is to see which approach better helps with balance and fall prevention.
