Game on for balance: can a Light-Up trainer outsmart falls in seniors?

Summary
This study is testing if a new type of exercise that combines physical movement with mental challenges is better than standard balance exercises for older adults. It will involve 34 people aged 70 and over who can walk on their own. For 8 weeks, one group will use a light-up reaction game called Blazepod, while the other does conventional balance exercises, to see which improves balance, thinking skills, and confidence more.
