Summary

This study looked at whether a structured balance training program can improve physical function and reduce fall risk in older adults (60+) who have recovered from COVID-19. Many seniors experience lingering weakness and balance problems after the infection. The study enrolled 65 participants and measured their stability and mobility before and after the training.
