School balance program aims to boost Kids' coordination

Summary

This study tests whether adding balance and coordination exercises to school physical education can improve motor skills in children aged 6 to 11. Over four weeks, 165 children will do either balance training or strength training. Their skills like coordination, strength, flexibility, and endurance will be measured before and after the program.
